Half of adults in Turkey are ready to endorse constitutional reform, according to a poll by MetroPOLL Strategic and Social Research Center. 50.6 % of respondents would back the changes in a referendum.

Baykal garners increased trust as a ‘victim,’ poll shows

A recent survey in Turkey has revealed that newly resigned Republican People’s Party (CHP) leader Deniz Baykal’s public image has improved compared to past months despite being at the center of a sex tape scandal, a finding that suggests that Baykal has been successful in portraying himself as a victim in the eyes of the public.
